2008 Program Rules/Eligibility: This program is effective from January 4, 2008 through January 2009,* unless changed or cancelled, and supercedes any prior programs. Guests are eligible for participation in the program after completion of a full-fare cruise and upon the confirmed reservation of their full-fare second cruise. All 2008 Crystal Society Membership Benefits Program rewards and cruise levels are per person; not transferable (in whole or in part); may not be redeemed as cash and may not be applied as a deduction toward current or future cruise fares, port, security and handling charges, pre-paid shore excursions, or airfare add-ons. Cruise credits do not apply to cancelled reservations (whether paid in full or in part). Guests must physically embark on a voyage to receive credit for a particular cruise.

Combinability: Crystal Society and Onboard Savings offers may not apply to certain promotional offers. On all 2008 cruises, American Express® Cruise Privileges may be combined with the Crystal Society Membership Benefits Program. Crystal Cruises reserves the right to exclude or limit combinability with the benefits or rewards of other marketing partnerships not specified herein.

2008 Holiday Cruises: Milestone Milestone level awards do not apply to the 2008 Holiday Cruises. Guests may choose to apply Milestoneawards to their next applicable cruise.

Individual Guests: All onboard rewards and benefits are per person. Single guests receive the per-person awards and benefits listed in this 2008 Crystal Society Membership Benefits brochure.

Cruise Levels:

• One cruise between 7 and 24 days: Guests receive credit for one cruise level.

• One cruise of 25 days or more: Guests receive credit for two cruise levels.

• Cruise levels are posted at the conclusion of each cruise.

• Cruise levels are cumulative, are not deducted after earned, and do not expire unless program is discontinued.

• Cruise levels are non-transferable, and are rewarded to the individual who sails and not the person who pays.

Shipboard Credits: Shipboard credits are non-redeemable for cash, valid for one sailing only and do not apply to cancelled reservations, the casino or Bingo etc., and are only applicable on board. Shipboard credits may not be carried over toward future cruise reservations or applied toward port, security and handling charges, or any onboard cruise reservations. Any unused portions of credits are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.

Upgrades (Stateroom): All stateroom upgrades apply to cruises between 7 and 11 days in length (depending on Milestone award). Stateroom and penthouse upgrades must be pre-arranged through your travel agent and are subject to space availability at the time of the reservation. Milestone awards must be redeemed on the specific cruise that the Milestone is achieved and may not be postponed to future cruises. Stateroom and penthouse upgrades will not be granted on board and do not apply to back-to-back sailings or multi-cruise reservations. Guests receiving the shipboard credit option may utilize the credit toward stateroom upgrades, space permitting, after date of embarkation on board. When redeeming a Milestone level award on a cruise level past the actual achievement of the Milestone, a guest may not combine the Milestone award with the applicable award at the higher cruise level. Only one Milestone award is applicable per booking.

Free Cruise Awards: All free cruise awards are cruise-only, are based on stateroom/penthouse availability at the time of reservation, apply to cruises between 7 and 11 days in length, and must be handled through your travel agent.

Special Penthouse Amenities Package: If a Crystal Society member redeems his or her amenities package and is also on a Crystal "Classic" or "Classic-Plus" Hotel Program, he or she may either take the complimentary private car transfer offered with the Special Penthouse Amenities Package or the city tour and motor coach transfer offered with the hotel programs. No credit will be given for the unused transportation and/or tour. Laundry Service credit is limited to $100 per person. No shipboard credit is awarded for any unused portion of this package.

Details: It is the travel agent's or guest's responsibility to confirm the appropriate rewards prior to the guest embarking on the vessel. Crystal Cruises does not automatically apply Milestoneawards toward bookings. Crystal Cruises Inc., may from time to time at its sole discretion, change the program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of qualification, special offers or cruise level reward requirements, in whole or in part, and reserves the right to discontinue the 2008 Crystal Society Membership Benefits Program at any time, with or without notice. If the program is cancelled, accrued benefits are no longer valid. This program applies only to cruises taken in 2008, not to cruises booked in previous years that are for a year beyond 2007.
